What Airport2Airport is
Airport2Airport is a free platform that matches two people travelling the same route who both want a travel buddy. We are not a paid companion agency, a booking service, or a medical-care provider. We simply help two people find each other; what happens after that is entirely between them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Airport2Airport. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the trip and profile information you post. We may suspend accounts that provide false flight details, harass other users, or otherwise misuse the platform.
Matching & consent
Matches are never automatic. A private chat only opens once both people have accepted a suggested match. Neither party is obligated to travel together, share contact details, or continue talking after a match — either person can end contact at any time using Block or Report.
Safety Centre
Before meeting
Meet in a public location inside the airport — a check-in hall, a café, or a departure lounge.

Don't carry
- Unknown packages
- Someone else's restricted items
- Unidentified medicines
- Unexplained valuables
Important
Airport2Airport is not a medical-care service. If you need wheelchair assistance, medical assistance, or specialist disability assistance, please arrange that through your airport or airline directly. A Travel Buddy is simply another traveller — not a trained carer.
If something feels wrong
Use the Block and Report buttons in any chat at any time. Blocking immediately closes the match and disables further contact. If you're ever in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Money
Airport2Airport charges no platform fee and takes no cut of any arrangement between users. If two travellers privately agree to an arrangement involving money, that is solely between them — we don't broker, set, or guarantee any such payment.
Limitation of liability
Airport2Airport facilitates introductions only. We don't vet travel companions beyond the verification badges shown on their profile, and we aren't responsible for the conduct of any user, the outcome of any trip, or any arrangement made between matched users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Airport2Airport after a change means you accept the updated terms.
